This next killer riff develops from the previous example and again features 8th and sixteenth note elements as it gallops on the low pedal note. When the powerchords arrive in the second section, aim to mute the string above the one you are playing with the fretting hand. This will effectively mute the low string when you hit the powerchords and keep the riff sounding defined.
